about me.

As an abstract artist, I find my greatest inspiration in the ocean and organic shapes, often drawing from themes of beach and summer. Shells and natural items are integral to my work, embodying the beauty and tranquility of nature.
My selection of subject matter is deeply influenced by these organic forms, as well as the various scenes that evoke a sense of peace and creativity. What draws me to a particular scene is the interplay of colors, textures, and the overall ambiance that reminds me of a turquoise ocean against a white sandy beach. This imagery is my 'happy place' and serves as a constant source of motivation and inspiration in my work.
I work predominantly as a resin artist, creating beach art and sculptural resin pieces, alongside paintings and home decor items. My technique is unique, characterized by the diverse media I employ, which includes Resin Art, Acrylic Pours, and more. As a well-traveled Brit who is now a proud United States citizen, my multicultural experiences play a significant role in shaping my artistic vision. I hold a Fine Art and Art History degree (summa cum laude) from the State University of New York's Purchase College and have further enriched my understanding through courses at Christie's Auction House, covering topics from the conservation of modern and contemporary art to the celebration of female agency in the arts.
Throughout my art, I strive to capture not only the aesthetic beauty of my subjects but also the passion and energy that comes from deeply connecting with the natural world and the diverse cultures I've encountered. Perfection is not the goal; rather, it is the authenticity and fervor behind each creation that truly matters.
